The Santa Monica Blvd Halloween parade is one of the world’s foremost attended ones.
This year it felt more like a catwalk than a parade.
Not a common theme, but there was one style guideline though: Gentle Extravaganza.
Influences from the music and movies were strongly present. The “scary movie” element was there of course.
But the “homage” to glamour and to “bon chic bon genre” was flashier.
You know, big girls need big feathers…
